Welcome to Miracle Health. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (miracle-health.ca) and any services provided at our clinic.

1. General Use

By booking an appointment, visiting our clinic, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Miracle Health offers wellness and healthcare services including physiotherapy, osteopathy, massage therapy, counselling, Ayurvedic therapies, and related treatments.

All services are intended for therapeutic and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek hospital care.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

4. Insurance & Billing

Some services may be covered by extended health benefits.

Clients are responsible for confirming coverage with their insurance provider.

Where applicable, we may assist with direct billing; however, responsibility for payment rests with the client.

5. Health Information & Consent

By booking, you confirm that the information you provide (medical history, conditions, etc.) is accurate and complete.

You consent to receive the chosen treatments and acknowledge any potential risks, which will be explained prior to care.

You have the right to withdraw or refuse treatment at any time.

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful, professional environment. Abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in termination of services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — text, graphics, logos, images — belongs to Miracle Health and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Miracle Health and its practitioners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service provided.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
